Also new to the Lakers will be Steve Nash, who left the Suns to go after his first NBA title, and he will be passing to an incredible array of scorers in the process. Kobe Bryant is still one of the most dangerous players in the league, and now he'll have a ton of help with putting points on the board. Add Antawn Jamison and Meta World Peace to the team, and you'll quickly get a picture of just how deep this Lakers team is going to be. They have mismatches at nearly every position, and will look to exploit them to destroy teams this season.
The Blazers have a brand new team with one big exception. LaMarcus Aldridge became an all-star last season, and proved that he is one of the game's best big men. He has incredible skill in and around the hoop, and can also step outside and knock down the jumper with ease. He will need some help with the scoring, but he is a great player to build off of, and the Blazers will be looking to him for more than just leadership.
