Kobe Bryant was born August 23rd, 1978, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The son of famed NBA star Joe "Jellybean" Bryant (of 76ers, Clippers and Rockets fame), Kobe Bryant has two older sisters, Sharia and Shaya.
