Dwight Howard, the game's best big man; Steve Nash, one of the league's best point guards; and Antawn Jamison, a premier scorer will all join the Lakers cause. It will be non-stop action in LA, as one of these players will actually have to come off the bench. It's a good problem to have, and the Lakers are looking forward to showing off their talent around the league.
The Hornets have a few players that are going to be their go-to guys. Eric Gordon has established himself as a legitimate scoring threat, and will be the heart of the Hornets attack. He is quick, shifty and can score from just about anywhere. Ryan Anderson will most likely be the second option, ready to launch three pointers with the best accuracy in the entire NBA. These two playing together will create havoc for most other teams, but the Lakers should not have much trouble containing them. The Hornets might have to rebuild for a few more years before they can get to the playing level of the Lakers, but it is always productive to see how the best do it.
